1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of all services provided by C-Hive (Cyber Hive), based in Damascus, Syria. By purchasing or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

C-Hive provides web hosting, business email, domain management, website migration, and related technical services. Service specifications (storage, bandwidth, email accounts, etc.) are defined in the plan you subscribe to at the time of purchase.

3. Payment & Billing

• Hosting plans are billed upfront for the chosen period (monthly, 12, 24, or 48 months).
• Renewal invoices are sent at least 7 days before the subscription expires.
• Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in service suspension.
• Suspended accounts are terminated and their data deleted after 30 days of non-payment.
• All prices are in USD. Local payment arrangements can be discussed via WhatsApp.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts. Renewals and domain registrations are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use our services only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting malware, phishing pages, spam scripts, or any malicious content.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) from our servers.
• Hosting illegal content including pirated software, illegal media, or content that violates Syrian law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other servers, accounts, or systems (hacking).
• Using excessive server resources that degrade service quality for other clients.
• Cryptocurrency mining on our servers.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Uptime & Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (network outages, ISP failures, force majeure events).

6. Backups

We perform regular backups as part of our service. However, backups are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data. C-Hive is not liable for data loss in any circumstance.

7. Account Termination

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us. C-Hive reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

C-Hive's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Damascus, Syria.
