Our servers sit in European data centres and we manage them from Damascus. That keeps your site up regardless of local power and connectivity, while support stays in Arabic and in your timezone.

Servers and safety
Why not host inside Syria?
Because when the power or the connection goes, your site goes with it. European infrastructure gives higher uptime, and faster routing for visitors outside Syria as well.
Is the SSL certificate free?
Yes. A Let’s Encrypt certificate on every plan, on every domain and subdomain, renewing itself so there is nothing for you to remember.
How do backups work?
Weekly on Starter, daily on Professional and Business, with an off-site copy on Business. On WordPress we also take a backup before every update.
Plans and payment
What is the difference between the three plans?
Starter is $5 a month with weekly backups. Professional is $10 with daily backups, same-day replies and free migration. Business is $30 and adds an off-site backup copy and replies within an hour. All three run on the same servers at the same speed.
Is migrating from another host free?
Yes, free on Professional and Business. Give us access to the old host and we take it from there, leaving the site running on the old one until the move is finished.
How do I pay?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a method that works for you. There are no hidden fees: the price on the pricing page is the price you pay.
Your site and support
Can I keep my existing domain?
Of course. We point the domain at our servers and set the DNS up for you. If you do not have a domain yet, we help you choose and register one.
Do you install WordPress?
Yes, a one-click install with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin already tuned, and a backup before every update. You do not have to deal with the technical side.
Can you build the site or store for me?
Yes, starting from $100. Custom design rather than a template, Arabic from the first step, built for mobile, and hosted with us.
What language is support in, and how do I reach it?
In Arabic, over WhatsApp or email. We reply the same day on Professional and within an hour on Business.
