One system that runs the whole business.

We implement an Arabic ERPNext system bringing inventory, invoicing, purchasing and staff into one place, hosted with us and supported in Arabic — starting with a paid discovery session so we understand your business before promising anything.

We start with discovery, not a promise

This is the difference between a system that works and one that runs for a year without finishing: we sit with you, map how you work now, and come back with a clear scope and price. If it turns out you do not need a full system, we will say so.

Inventory and purchasing

What you have, where, and what to order. The first real pain any growing trader feels.

Invoicing and accounts

Arabic invoices that look right on paper, with the accounts following without double entry.

Staff and attendance

Records, shifts and salaries, in the same place as the rest of the business.

Point of sale, retail and restaurants

A till that works in the shop, and for restaurants: orders, tables, kitchen and delivery. Connected to inventory so stock comes down on its own.

  • Arabic screens and Arabic reports
  • We migrate your data out of Excel
  • Training for your team, and a support contract after launch

The part nobody else will do

Every company has one step no ready-made system covers. That is exactly what we build: modules, reports and automation shaped to how you work.

Who this is for

  • The business is running and it has got hard to follow from spreadsheets.
  • Stock, invoicing and purchasing live in different places and disagree.
  • Someone on your side knows the work, can make decisions, and can give us their time.
  • You want a system you own, not a subscription that stops when you stop paying.

And who it is not for

  • You want it running within a week.
  • Nobody on your side has time for the project. That, not the technology, is the biggest reason these fail.
  • Your work is simple and one spreadsheet covers it. In that case we will tell you not to do this.

The real worries, answered

I have heard these projects run for a year and never finish.

That is true, and it happens often. So we split the work into phases, each with its own scope and price, each useful on its own. If we stop after the first phase, what was built keeps working. It is not half a system.

My team will not use it.

The biggest risk in the project, far more than the technology. So we start with one module, train on it, and make sure it has become habit before adding more. The system that lands complete in one go is the one nobody uses.

What if we stop working with you?

ERPNext is open source. The data and the system are yours and it keeps running. We hand over a full copy and documentation. Nothing is locked in with us.

Why is the discovery paid?

Because it is the work, not a preamble to it. You leave with a document that is yours even if you do not continue. Free work gets done quickly, and this is the phase that decides everything after it.

The project, in phases

  1. Discovery

We sit with you and map how you work today. You leave with a document setting out scope, price and duration. It is paid, and it is yours either way.

  2. The first module

We start with whatever hurts most, usually stock or invoicing. We get it running and train your team on it.

  3. We expand

Only once the first module has become a daily habit. Each new phase has its own scope and price.

  4. Support and change

A support contract for small changes and updates, with hosting here. Your business changes and the system has to change with it.

Questions about this service

Why is the discovery session paid?

Because the discovery is the work. We sit with you, map your processes and produce a document that is yours to keep, even if you do not continue with us. Free work gets done quickly, and this is the phase that decides everything after it.

How is ERPNext different from other systems?

It is open source, so there are no annual licence fees, and it runs on our servers. More importantly the data and the system are yours: if you stop working with us, it keeps running.

How much of my team\u2019s time does it need?

More than you expect, and this is the most important answer on the page. We need one person on your side who knows the work and can make decisions. Projects that fail, fail here, not on the technology.

Can you work with our existing accounting?

Usually yes, we connect rather than replace. That gets decided in the discovery session, not before.

What if we need changes after launch?

Expected, and normal. The support contract covers small changes; larger ones are quoted separately.

Running on spreadsheets?

Most of our clients arrive on spreadsheets. Tell us how you work today and we will tell you which first step is worth taking, even if it is not a full system.
